Hemorrhoid Cream For Eyes

Chris asks…does anyone know why this is?I have ridiculously bad shadows under my eyes. It might seem like I'm exaggerating but I'm not, they're really big and a horrible dark purple colour. It's not from lack of sleep, water or excerise and i don't think it's genetic because none of my family has them. Simple home remedies don't get rid of them. I've had them for a long time, does anyone know a medical reason why i might have these? How can I get rid of them? I've heard hemorrhoid cream
