Hemorrhoid Cream Not Working

Chris asks…Post partum hemorrhoids...9 weeks after c-section? Is this normal?I was induced but ended up with a c-section 9 weeks ago and I didn't have to push at all so i don't think these are labor induced hemorrhoids. I am not constipated and my stools aren't even hard. I don't have to strain for them to come out but I have bleeding every time I have a bowel movement and awful unbearable pain during and after the bowel movement for a few hours or more.
