Banding Hemorrhoids Pain

Thomas asks…My Hemorrhoid ruptured today, and it hurts now.?i was constipated today and when i was in the bathroom my hemorrhoid ruptured and well now it hurts to sit and just feels like there a fire. I don't want to go to the doctor because he sent me to a specialist and the guy said they were going to put rubber bands on it and i said i didn't want that and left and i dont want to tell my doctor i didn't want to do it. Does anyone know any creams that will stop the pain...i tried
