Hemorrhoid Cream Not Working

Donna asks…I'm scared? What am I supposed to do?I've always had problems with using the bathroom, but now it's gotten out of hand. I have a large hard clump of skin like thing inside the entrance of my anus. I used the bathroom once every two-three days if I'm lucky. I want to go to the doctors, but my dads lazy. It never hurts, itches or bleeds. Just mucus. My abdominal area hurts but not anything lower. I thought it was a hemorrhoid, I used cream, didn't work. It's still here, four months
